 Top Trader is the only one trading championship with real money which is open to all the financial brokerage houses around the world. Since 1999 up to nowadays you will find among the Top Trader sponsors the Italian brokers Directa, Fineco, Mediolanum, Intesa Trade, Twice, Epta Trading, IW Bank, Gestrade, the Italian financial magazine Borsa & Finanza, the Italian publishing company Class Editori, the international information provider Bridge, the Italian hardware company Esprinet, the European brokerage houses Estubroker (Spain), ActivTrades.com (United Kingdom), CK Bank (Germany), E-Trade (Germany), Globe Invest (Austria), the European financial magazine Traders' and, last but not least, the European exchange Eurex. One of the most strict rules of the Top Trader Championship is that the trades' list of the winners is uploaded on the official website so that everyone can evaluate on its own their trading skills. The same idea underlies the real money real - time final round in Milan which at purpose takes place in front of the public, the true final judge of the winners. There is a great transparency in all the championship practices and this charachteristic made the Top Trader format a winning standard versus other trading contests in Europe such as corporate championships. For Top Trader contestants the real prize are the professional opportunities arising from the deep media coverage. Since 2005 Il Sole 24 Ore, the most sold Italian financial newspaper, contributes to the Top Trader Championship organization toghether with the most known Italian financial websites: SpyStocks, FinanzaOnLine, TrendOnLine, SoldiOnLine. In Germany starting from 2005 the Top Trader official organizer is TerminTrader.de
 Top trader è l'unico campionato con denaro reale aperto alla partecipazione di tutti i broker del mondo. Dal 1999 ad oggi hanno aderito al Top Trader di Borsa i broker italiani Directa, Fineco, Mediolanum, Intesa Trade, Twice, Epta Trading, IW Bank, Gestrade, il settimanale Borsa & Finanza, il gruppo Class Editori con MF SAT, Bridge, Esprinet, ed i broker europei Estubroker (Spagna), ActivTrades.com (United Kingdom), CK Bank (Germania), E-Trade (Germany), Globe Invest (Austria) e non da ultima la borsa europea Eurex. Una delle regole più stringenti del Top Trader è che la lista delle operazioni compiute dai vincitori viene esposta sul sito in modo che tutti possano rendersi conto delle capacità del top trader. Lo stesso approccio soggiace alla finale in tempo reale con denaro reale che si tiene a Milano: in questa sede sarà il pubblico ad essere il vero giudice finale delle capacità dei top trader. C'è quindi una grande trasparenza in tutte le operazioni di gara e questo ha fatto sì che il format del Top Trader si sia dimostrato vincente nel corso del tempo rispetto a tutti gli altri campionati di tipo aziendale (e quindi non aperti alla partecipazione di più broker).
